Eve is adept at treating many
different conditions servicing health & wellbeing
with her blend of Therapies & Yoga

Prenatal Massage throughout the three trimesters is essential to the wellbeing of mum and baby over this 9 month gestation period. It’s stretching, opening and nervous system calming, effectuating better foetal growth and development and a more relaxed mum. I provide nutritional advise, pre and postnatal guidance and natural empowering birth encouraged outcomes.

Postnatal therapeutic bodywork is a necessary treatment after giving birth. It helps restore good blood and lymph flow, improve any scar tissue and digestion, replace organs, relieve abdominal diastases and unify core energetics for better stability, grounding and integrated healing. It also helps release trauma associated with the birthing process and experience.

Abdominal Massage works on the neural tissue of the abdomen to detoxify, transform and release unprocessed emotions, assist digestion, remove stagnation, improve circulation and elimination, thus strengthen the bodys’ internal systems and organs, such as the heart, lungs, liver, gall bladder, reproductive organs, stomach, kidneys, small and large intestine as well as the nervous, immune, lymphatic and circulatory systems. It can also help with the structural misalignments of muscle tissue and viscera, thus aiding better posture. Gynaecological issues can also be addressed.

Yoga Bodywork is the accumulated experience of working with many different symptoms and conditions over the 25years I’ve been practising. Recognising the body as a map, my approach is a combination of acupressure, gentle stretching and joint mobilisation techniques working with the breath to deepen and expand into the parasympathetic nervous system, PMS. Usually you will feel energised, lighter and longer, but you act also feel tired and heavy when releasing stuck stagnant energy.

The Cleanse is a 10 day Transformational detox, based on superfood supplements, shakes, a little food and a lot of fluids to flush out the toxins. The products are organic, vegan, non GM and mostly gluten free – all high quality ingredients. Over the years the digestive system can get sluggish as our lives are harassed by stress, over-eating, wrong eating, wrong combination eating, thus affecting how well our digestive systems can process, absorb and evacuate harmful poisons and food matter. A cleanse helps to give the digestive system a rest, clean out old stuck faecal matter, thus allowing for better more efficient processing and absorption. A cleanse is a great way to loose weight, gain more energy, feel brighter, more focused, more intuitive, calmer and thus more balanced and healthy. It’s also a necessity for optimal fertility, ie for the integrity and quality of the sperm and egg and also the environment for conception.
Every session leaves a lasting impression. Many clients share how Eve’s treatments have brought them relief, clarity, and renewed energy — both physically and emotionally. Their experiences reflect the care, intuition, and skill that define every therapy and class offered.
When I was pregnant, I regularly went to Eve for massage. I always felt really relaxed after our sessions, almost ready to skip home with my big bump 😀 Her massage was especially helpful to alleviate the pressure on my lower back in the final month before my due date. I highly recommend Eve to expectant mothers!

Eve is the most amazing massage therapist! She understands every muscle of the body, she’s like a healer! She is incredible for regular massages but also for prenatal and postnatal treatment. She prepared me so well during my pregnancy, it helped me to have a smooth delivery and quick postnatal recovery. I recommend her 100% – Eduarda
Eve accompanied me through my pregnancy from the 5th month until the end almost, she came weekly at home to give me the best massage during pregnancy and she was able to bring peace and relaxation every time. I highly recommend her.

I think this was the best massage treatment I’ve ever had. I’m nearly 4 months post partum and Eve was exceptionally skilful at identifying the points of tension and releasing them. I could not recommend her highly enough and look forward to seeing her again.

A massage with Eve Khambatta is such a delight, a delight for your body and your mind. It is an active massage, you feel the benefit of it for weeks. Eve found and relieved with no hesitation the points, the knots which blocked my low back and my legs for years. Her accuracy and expertise are truly amazing. It took me a long time to find somebody to practise the abdominal massage. For years my stomach was very tight, painful, Eve’s Chi Nei Tsang made wonders on it, no pain anymore! A massage with Eve is more than a simple massage, it gives you back the freedom of your body. I can t wait my next session!

Curious about what to expect or how to prepare for your session? Here are a few common questions clients often ask before their first treatment.
1. What should I wear to my session?
Comfort is key. Please wear soft, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement and relaxation during your treatment. Towels are also provided.
2. How should I prepare before my appointment?
Try to eat lightly around two hours before your treatment and stay well hydrated before your session. Arriving a few minutes early helps you settle and ease into a relaxed state of mind.
3. Will I feel sore or tired afterwards?
It’s normal to feel deeply relaxed or even a little tired after your treatment as your body releases tension and resets. Rest, stay hydrated, and enjoy a warm Epsom salt bath with calming essences to allow your body to integrate and continue the healing process.
4. How often should I book a treatment?
That depends on your goals and lifestyle. Some clients book weekly for ongoing support, while others book monthly or seasonally as part of their self-care routine. Eve can guide you on what’s best for your needs.
